Thoughts on Gratitude…

We find many reasons to love this quote by Richelle E. Goodrich. We love the idea that we can purposefully choose to view the world through a lens of gratitude and in doing so, create a mindset that more clearly sees possibilities and builds resilience. Even better, scientific research tells us that a consistent brain pattern of gratitude changes neuroplasticity. It rewires mental habits and strengthens neural pathways that support a more positive outlook. When we’re looking through a lens of gratitude, the vivid colours and opportunities appear right in front of us, just waiting to be discovered.

Don’t give up.” – Robert Tew

We have the right to choose humility and in doing so, demonstrate the most effective kind of leadership in our workplace, in our community and in our home-life. The gift of humility is something we give to ourselves and to those around us. Click the title or image to learn more...
